Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

He'll not take the Barnsley job on full time of that i'm sure, but he might come in till the end of the season, if a decent package can be put together,one thing i not for sure it as to be on his terms,

He's offered his services in the past at different levels and been turned down twice, so that to me would say they just don't fancy him, you seem to know what he feels towards that club but i doubt he'll even apply for the job even if it came up, its down to them to approach him now i would have thought.

I knew he would, and that's the reason i backed Rosler, because after Sean he's the clubs number one target, i never said it was nailed on, i said i'd backed him at 33/1 because i know the club want him, now if he'll join us that's a different matter, so i'd never say nailed on because i don't know what uwe wants but i know he's high on our list.

He's fav with most turf accountants, and could get the the job on a short term basis i suppose, not a lot of managers want to take clubs down and thats what'll happen here, so it'll have to be someone that as a lot to prove in the game, and not have the chance of getting jobs like this normally, so it could be someone like Redders, but we'll have to wait and see
