Re: Donny v Leeds
at stockport when ever we had a corner he'd wait for everyone to get ready then have a march over right to the corner flag to check the ball is right then march back

would definetly take a draw from this but think we'll struggle with our defence
anyway going for 1-1

Vikki was saying yesterday that the club had given hundreds of vouchers for kids to go for a pound...i guess this has been done at most other schools in the borough...it would be fantastic if we could break our highest attendance figure..might be asking a bit much but you never know....

Was watching this game live on Sky... Only really saw the second half though, all I'll say is that Donny seriously need a better defence.

Bad day at the office...but it happens...maybe it was too soon to play Kirkland but you can't blame him for that performance...i thought in the first half we were ok , that first goal from the free kick that should never have been given changed the game...its still early days but i'm sure Dean will give em a rocket up the arse he will need to because Blackpool on tuesday will be a very difficult game...

Are you serious Bri ? There wasn't one yes one part of our game that looked right.........it was a shambles and VERY worrying.
Yes the referee was shite and we didn't get the 'rub of the green' but I wouldn't seriously blame any of the goals on Kirkland. Leeds flooded the midfield and played a high front line and literally swamped us . We couldn't even win the ball when we were a) nearer to it or b) had 3 of our players onto 1 of theirs.
All our options (sorry only option) was Parkin, Parkin and Parkin ffs we've gone backwards, ok lets be more direct than when SO'D was in charge but you do need to pass the ball at times don't you?
Btw our left back loanee Iwelunga and Friend are the only 2 players who deserve some praise for keeping the score down to less thn 5/6-0.
I have to mention O'Connor btw he was basically SHITE.
