Three Wins
Brian Laws didn't manage three wins in a row in three years here. Alan Irvine has managed it in three games!
Good performance today, a bit hairy near the end of the game, but we deserved the points. Potter in particular I thought was outstanding, and I can't remember the last time I said that. Hopefully Irvine is the man to bring out the talent we know he has. And Leon Clarke put in a shift today too. If Clarke can improve under Mr. Irvine's guidance, then I believe he's capable of anything!
I just got home, pretty drunk, but very happy. We're now eyeing 5 wins in a row with the Scunts away next, and then Plymouth at home. Bring it on!

Re: Three Wins
Hey Dan dont get too carried away,3 wins on the bounce is fantastic but it could all go pear shaped.
When a new manager signs for a club, most of the time the club goes on a good run.
Dont get me wrong i think he is the right man for yous but just thought i would warn you.
p.s
well done on todays win.

Re: Three Wins
Still not convinced Irvine is any better than Robins, Robins managed 3 wins in a row, West Brom, Ipswich then Doncaster, and then lost to Forest which we deserved to win really, but lost 1-0.
Not only that but the 8 game unbeaten run.
We might have lost the last 3 games but every team has bad moments.
