This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

Weather permitting. We need to get this on, not only for our faltering promoton push, but if its off, the lack of Sky TV money will cost us a fortune, but it doesn't look good.

Another get out of jail card used. Apart from the first 15 minutes when we could have been 3-0 up, we were embarrassingly poor, apart from a decent performance from Sharps, & a stunning display in goal by the division's best keeper, Warrington.
The only thing you could say to the Millers credit in the second half is that they worked hard, Button could have hosted a barbecue in the Shrews area as he had absolutely nothing to do.
In truth, i'm more confident about our chances away from DVS, as the terrible pitch & lack of atmosphere certainly has a detrimental effect on the side.
If I was a Shrews fan, i'd be almost suicidal. They really SHOULD have won!!!

Has it ever recovered from the U2 gig last year? I know that caused quite a bit of damage. The winter certainly hasn't helped. The way the Shrewsbury lad's foot stuck in the turf for that injury does make you question if the pitch really is safe.

I feel genuinely sorry for the Millers having to call that place home. To be where they are without decent home form is a credit to the side. And as Brad pointed out, a good point tonight given that Shrews should have had the game won.
