Gareth Roberts.
Hello all,
Tranmere fan here,
Gareth Roberts was at an event last night hosted by Tranmere to do with a reunion of the team that got to the League Cup final, in it he was asked if he would like to return in which he suggested he would be more than happy to do so and that he is out of contract at the end of the season so its up to Peter Johnson ( Tranmeres chairman )
I was just wondering what your views are on how Gareth has done this season and whether you feel that he would be still good enough for us in league one- if we stay up!!
I would be delighted to see him back at the club, hes also been a favourite with the Tranmere fans.

Re: Gareth Roberts.
sounds like a bit of a wind up if you ask me. he's been great with us this season and (barring injury) hes always a gauranteed first team player, i cant see him not being offered a new contract, and i cant see him not accepting it either.
