Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

A very satisfactory draw, even though we could have pinched all three points near the end. Irvine made the point after though that even though we've only lost 1 game from 8, we're still very much in danger. Only 5 games left now, and the three remaining home ties, Bristol City, piggies and Palace are starting to look ever more vital.

i'd like Wednesday to stay up, People don't like to watch a losing team so they stay away, but they'll watch a winning team no matter what league there in, if they go down and start winning there crowds will go up this giving the club more money. if they stay 4th bottom for the next 3 or 4 years the fans will lose intresst and stay away that could push them into Admin and that'll do for me

Just met a bunch of wendies fans looking for a safe pub away from police and easy to get to Boro. Currently drinking in the Roundel in Thornaby , 200yards back on to A19/A66 and short trip into Boro.
Getting the trans pen down to game so expect to be full of wendies as well.
