Brian Stock linked with the saints again

According to media reports, manager Alan Pardew is showing renewed interest in the 28 year-old star - though he has made no public mention of any potential bid for Stock.
A Rovers' spokesman told The Star yesterday that there had been no approach from Southampton.
Stock is due to report back for three days' training next week, even though he continued to train prior to last weekend's Croatia-Wales friendly, where he won a second cap.
"Brian needed some dental work after being caught in the mouth," said Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll. "But he came through the game OK and had no problem with his back."

Might be truth in this especially as they were after him in January when the Gillett deal fell through, he does seem to becoming very injury prone though so might be a good time to off load him before he becomes another Brooker.

Hmmmm personally I would prefer to hang onto him..........injuries or not!
