Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

Doncaster Rovers may have to move swiftly if they are to gain the services of Northern Ireland international striker David Healy for the rest of the season. Sean O'Driscoll had hinted that he would be interested in taking Healy back for the rest of the campaign, but suggested that the move may not be imminent, so that the player could check out some options.
However, the Belfast Telegraph reported yesterday that Leeds United are set to recruit him to strengthen their promotion campaign.
Healy was at Rovers for two months on loan from Sunderland before returning earlier this month after he lost his place in the Rovers side to the in form pair of Billy Sharp and James Hayter.

Given their forward line up I can't see where he'd strengthen them and given the fact S'OD basically said he couldn't play up front with Billy as one would have to adapt and it "ain't going to be Billy" I dont see that A) it would happen and B) we'd be too bothered if it did

Possibly a move by his agent into getting us to make a committment?
