Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

So how many points can you see us getting out of that lot, and be honest not just feeling sorry for ourselves...


I have gone through them and can see us getting between 12 and 15 , and if we don't then we don't deserve to be in the Championship,but i honestly believe we will sort things out..

Think your right , like pete says i can see someone coming in to help out upfront, and i know they keep quoting that 50 point mark, but i don't think we will need that many this season to stay up, we always seem to have a bad run, the difference this season is its in the second half of the season..

So far then we all think we will do ok, get those points on the board we are safe...we need to get to the summer and rebuild.....enjoy the ride its still got a way to go... Smile

Ipswich H LOSS - They're in form, we aren't.
Swansea A LOSS - We never beat teams in the top 10.
Norwich A LOSS - We never beat teams in the top 10.
Watford H WIN - We might scrape this as watford have goneto pieces like us.
Derby A DRAW - 2 teams in freefall, sneak a draw.
Leeds A LOSS - We never beat teams in the top 10.
Coventry H DRAW - We know whats coming and we cant cope with high balls lumped into our box.
Forest A LOSS - We never beat teams in the top 10.
Qpr H LOSS - We never beat teams in the top 10 + they will lump high balls into our bax that we cant deal with.
Bristol A DRAW - Poor team but can't see us getting more then a point.

6 points for me.

I'm going for a very confident 18 points.............players back and 'win bonuses' to be made up by the lads.
Many of those games are winnable given the right mentality and a slice of luck, not withstanding some even-handed refereeing decisions for a change.
Time things were evened up ....they usually do.
