Folk who don't take advantage of the fact that I can get cars for them at staff sale rates i.e. one particular VSC member who recently purchased a car at some £850 more than he could have got it for through me oh and missing my target by one unit ( he shall remain nameless) Mad

Managers who preach/talk to staff in meetings like they're all 16-18 year olds EVERY fookin day. Is it just in the car trade where this happens ? Evil or Very Mad

Rarely see my manager..he lives in London all we ever get is a constant stream of emails telling us how we've all got to pull together etc, totally monotonous and they usually get deleted after reading the first line!
We have a "team leader" who is locally based but he's ok
