It's only the 5/5 early days yet , there are many applications to sort out yet from exiles, those that can't yet afford it and the usual folk who always leave it until the last few weeks..............please don't feel negative just yet. There's a lot of water to flow under the bridge yet.

I wonder if they have added those that paid over 3 months, maybe they will be added once they have all the payments..plus kids have no rush to pay as their price won't change...

The ST numbers will be OK I'm sure of it , those existing STH's know how close we could have been this season save for the injuries...........besides it's cheaper now too.

Anyone got a rough ball park figure of where we are with season tickets sales , the keepmoat site hasn't been updated in ages and is still showing 2935...it does look as though the final figure will be down again on last season which is dissapointing with the offers the club are having to try and increase sales...i will go for a final figure of around 4.5K...

I willl go for a figure of 6.5-7k, there will be plenty of offers around. I'm sure you said that figure (4.5k) would be approx.the final tally last season (I could be wrong.....in which case I apologise in advance) . We sold more than that.......get off to a good start and the team will have folk coming back for more. Such are footy fans after a poor season, however ST sales do tend to remain at a similar level each year regardless of form.

No i said 4.5k last week in the pub...i really hope your right, i would have thought though that the majority of adults who were going to renew would have done it by now especially with the spread payment scheme, and then theres the club scout deal..i think 3K is poor especially since they have been on sale since february...lets hope the statement about keeping Billy and Copps makes anyone thinking the club were not looking forward think again about buying a ticket but then again signing him in the first place hardly brought the supporters in that JR had hoped for..really don't know what JR can do , people for years have been blaming this that and the other for not buying a season ticket this season the Club has done all it can do other then giving them away...there seems to be a apathy in Doncaster that other towns don't have...

Re: 2011/12 SEASON TICKETS
Many things have contributed to the apathy over the years, however we must remember where we were 10 years ago and how we ALWAYS seem to fail when we get them all in to the stadium (Wemberlee and Cardiff excepted of course).
It takes time, effort, proper msarketing and a strong team on the field to alter the entrenched negative mentality within the town...............we will overcome this eventually of that I'm sure. We like JR must learn to be more patient.
