Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

i love how one of the blades on that board says they dont want SO'D because he hasn't pulled up any trees at "spunkcaster" (wonder how long it took him to think up that one).

the fact is, this season they had more money, more fans and a bigger budget, with less injuries and less loan players (at once)...and we still finished above them...

In one way I agree with Seth, I don't think it will happen. I just take offence at him being touted about - to me it shows what the tossers at Radio Sheffield really think of Rovers

Pemberton would be a poor appointment,they need someone like Bothroyd,Hughton,Alladyce,Di matteo.
Somebody with experience,youth wont get them out of leauge 1.

But can you see any of those going to try and manage them? I can't!

In fact I'm struggling to think of anyone who would touch them if their arse were hung in diamonds as my gran used to say. 1 season 4 managers - not the ideal recommendation lol!

They have always been tossers we are still seen as small fry and always will be if it's not the players we are worried about losing now the flipping manager is being touted about

I'm not worried about losing anyone, if it happens it happens, we managed before and wei'll cope again - I just get wound up. Might ring in tomorrow night - if the plebs that aren't Blades or Owls are allowed to

Seth bennett is a tosser, they only care about the Sheffield clubs, they tried to tout Sod in january and it didn't work...anyway as good a manager as sod is i honestly think it would take Jesus Christ to do anything at the lane

The way the blades are going i can see them going straight down to league 2..that club is in tatters....and seems that the chief exec has gone also..no manager worth his salt would go there....

Don't think he put any money in, he was appointed by McCabe to run the club while he was doing other things...well that worked well didn't it...seems everyone is to blame except McCabe himeself.... Laughing
