not sure, from what i get it's a temporary pavillion which will be knocked down in 10 year n they've taken seats out of the east upper and put some boxes in think it's cos the away fans are moving into west stand near the higher class of Bates and his mandem so they dont want to be near the away fans.
an ice rink is being built, yes an ice rink cant wait for mi post match skate in a few years, 2 hotels are being built a 4* n a 2 * a nightclub is being built somewhere too.

I suppose they look at things like the Hotel as funding future player investment...Sheffield utd thought the same but didn't turn out that way, mind you why anyone would want to stay in a 4 star hotel in that part of sheffield is beyond me the place is a dump...

brammal lane is only 10mins from the town centre so it could work, elland road is over 30mins and theres nowt round it have a romantic meal for 2 at posh nosh then a nice relacing drink in the Tommy Wass
