Keepmoat..
Seems they have built a wall in the eaststand to accommodate the Leeds fans who have been given upto the halfway line..i find it hard to believe the SMC would have paid for that..or even agreed to it...i bet the day when it is ours is sooner then we think if we don't have it already...the Stewards have been asked to be more Vigilant ...ie checking season ticket books as people are abusing it and the club losing money becauce of it...looks like the club are finally having an input into the thing, the SMC's grasp seems to weakening, also the kids from the centre of excellence have started to play at the keepmoat instead of balby carr...great times ahead...

No wall. If there was one i would have noticed. If it was to be built it could only be as high as seat backs and stepped accordingly as "Visiting fans/Home fans would not be able to see half the game FFS.

Re: Keepmoat..
Just looked on line at set up for ticket buying for LU. Seems west stand block H round to East Stand Block J ( essentially half the stadium ) is for LUFC supporters. I guess the segregation will be a few rows of seats either end. Strange one that.

Vix was told by a steward that Leeds have been given upto the halfway line in the east stand...i would find that strange must be nearly sharing it with the corporates..

Well it is strange whichever way its done. For obvious reasons no segregation wall can be put up. Guess it will be hard hats and Boxing gloves at the ready.

There seems to be loads of false rumours flying around, Leeds to get half our stadium.........I certainly can't see that btw. (ref. Irish)

Re: Keepmoat..
Hoola i didn't say Leeds were getting half stadium, what i tried to say was on line i couldn't buy a ticket between WSH and ESJ , which is essentially half the stadium. And if they are not for sale to DRFC registered customers then it stands to reason they are for LUFC and segregation. Sorry for the confusion caused.

Re: Keepmoat..
Well I spoke to my friend the steward today and he told me the final plans were given to the stewards last night. Leeds have been given 1000 extra seats and they have the first 2 blocks of seating next to the North-east corner, the 3rd block of seats is for segregation and anyone who sits further along than that will be in their own seats but will have to use the turnstiles for the family stand area. He also told me that the wall has not been built in line with where the segregation is

Re: Keepmoat..
Has it been built to segregate the warring factions of Leeds fans or to seperate them from Bates.

If the fans on our side are really quiet, you might be able to hear the knuckle draggers on the other side of the wall..
