Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

No idea, the only thing is that someone might have removed them due to the issue of showing pictures of football grounds, i know some sites have been threatened in the past for showing them, not saying this is what has happened just a guess.

Sorry fella's , it was brought to my attention and rather than risk any chance of threats coming fron either the FL or those club's who have their ground displayed -I wanted to seek confirmation first from Phil that we could display them. I know it seems petty but they are saved in case we can restore and display them so don't panic. please

That is what I have been told and I am seeking clarification as I think the same as you Wakey. The Mods on this site will not take down threads/posts without good reason and if this may be taking risks with the future of the forum , it is obvious to seek clarification first on our rights to display such material. Sorry fella, they are currently held in the Mods. 'basket' section until the Admin. Phil can clarify the situation.

It is really really stupid that you can't post your own pictures of inside the grounds. We do live in a country that is mad, everything is restricted by some form of rule or law. What happened to it being a free country???

What about pictures of grounds that are no longer standing?

I have some cracking pics of 'Leeds Road', theres a B&Q where that used to be, what will the Set of Monkeys at the Football Leage say about that? Very Happy

The other forum I post regularly on, www.footballforums.net, lets posters publish FL grounds photos regularly without a problem & they are an international forum with members all over the world, so why not ask their mods advice?
