Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

Anybody got theres yet, went to Gooles Tesco's this morning and they are actually clearing shelf space and putting out easter egg's, ffs let us at least get new year out of the way.. Easter Eggs Kopfschuettel

I haven't got any yet and seeing as it's 4 months away I won't be buying any just yet. There is being prepared and then there is just being plain idiotic. Getting them now or even selling them now is idiotic in every way.

Unfortunately we all live in an extremely commercialised world and this is the result of people buying into it for years and years.

Well call me old fashioned, but i buy Christmas presents at Christmas and Easter Eggs at easter not 4 months in advance, i wonder how long it will be before we start buying Newyear presents, Easter Eggs Icon_scratch

Yeah I have to agree with you Yorkie. I buy things when I need to get them not months before hand. The only things I sometimes get early are some Christmas presents and that's only if I know someone will love it. I don't think it'll be long before New Years Presents will start. That'll be a complete nightmare!
