Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

I am talking about the new airport scanners that are coming the full body one's people saying it's wrong but i'm sorry i put safety above all in our country . What is wrong i read 1 report saying it will show genital area and thats what human rights people are complaining about especially when it comes to kids is possible

I've seen em on the News and the images they give are not really explicit, and the person who is viewing them is in a totally seperate part of the building, to be honest it would not bother me, what i suppose i don't agree with is that its not people like you or me who are taking bombs on planes, they need to target the people who are more likely to be carrying out acts of terror, but that will never happen so instead of inconvieniencing a small minority of people they will inconvienience everybody.. We go on holiday to Cyprus nearly every year becaus. We have bought a house out there and... I don't want to have to go through one of these! Mad (If it does show genital area that is, if not... Not really bothered)

I think it's ridiculous that we live in a society where these measure s are necessary in the first place. I can understand why they have done it and have no problems with going through one myself as long as the pictures don't show certain areas as I think that is totally out of order.
