Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

So whats gone on with the little bastard Porritt then?
I'm fucking well out of the loop these days, can't watch games and just troll the sites looking for info (which i gotta say i ain't bothered with since Gordon took over, not his fault, i was just uninspired by the team he inherited)
Isn't he the kid who all the fuss was made by Chelski just a few seasons back, now only to be told f**k off by the club.
What happened with him at Darlo too? didn't they send the c**t back?

I know one of his team mates in the youth teams and he was saying he got big headed at 16 year old when teams were interested in him and his dad was touting him to United and Chelski etc. Very lazy in training and in games.
Darlo players said he was the laziest obnoxious kid they has met.
Darlo skipper likes next door to my sis in law and he was saying that he has the skill but doesnt want to do the work. WGS doesnt rate him or some of the other members of that year group.

Remember a few years ago he was mentioned in the 'tapping Up' scandal involivng Chelsea and their man Frank Arneson.

He was supposed to be the next big thing.

Never made the break through to the first team apart from a couple of run outs in friendly games.

Apparently his time at Darlo was a total disaster. Fans hated him.

Contract cancelled by the club this week.
