Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

Always have a good time in York.
Usually do a spot of people watching down the main market areas.
Remember one sunny saturday watching the ranters preaching next to the fountain when some kids hoyed some soap bombs in they had probably nicked from Lush.
The whole lot went up in a whoosh and the preachers were covered in soap suds.Bobbies ended up having to sort them out for wanting to sort the kids out.

Seen it bombed a few times but not as good as that.
Though the best fountain was Villareal when Boro were playing in the Uefa cup. Massive fountain and filled up with washing up liquid ,foam everywhere and people climbing all over it in the dark Day out Saturday Vfroun10 .

good day but nowhere to get in for a meal.Pubs all packed out either with the Viking visitors or people watching Man utd.Had a few bad meals in York so avoid a couple of places.
Couldnt even get into coffee shops. Ended up with pasties and soup sat on a park bench.
Lots of different types of continental foods at the Euro market that was on.
Not brave enough to try any of them.
