Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Depends on weather if we go to Scarborough.
Early bus through ,there for half 10 then the half 5 bus back home.
Or could get off in Whitby only half the journey time.

Dont normally have more than a pint if the missus is out with me for the day. We prefer to get out in the fresh air and se the sights, aalso have a sit and watch the sights as people pass by.

we'll probably have a couple of ride-outs over the weekend , but we'll stay clear of the seaside i think - can't stand it when it's packed.

had a good productive morning anyway, got a lot of seedlings potted on and got the shed sorted and tidied. massive big shed the size of a garage and its full of tools and gardening stuff.
One of the perks when my job went tits up in 2004 was to get a lot of wall racking and plastic stackers home plus the pick of small hand tools, tapes and nuts and bolts. Like a little hardware shop in there.

Ended up going for a walk with the wife and her sister once the rain stopped. A nice steady 4 miler and a trip to the Cemetery to stick some plants on family graves.

if you have the physio then you need it strapped as well and also need to take care. Plenty of walking needed.
Did mine a couple of years ago and took nearly a year before I could run more than 20 yards without pain.
