Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

i know you lot won't to hear it but its time to cash in on stock to be able to keep your players who's contracts are running out next season other wise not only will you not have any new players your old ones will be going too you'll be left with the under 18s

Brian Stock, the club captain, you might know him better as the player who took the corner that led to hayters header at wembley.. lol! lol!

Ward was on £11K a week or thereabouts at Coventry - thats why they were releasing him

OK he was OK that month he played for us and yes he'd have been a good signing but I don't think he'd be worth that to us

Sheff Utd have to cut their budget - can't see them competing with £15K a week wages especially as they've kept Morgan. They're trying to get rid of players costing that amount Wink
