Yorkshire Day
Don't forget it's Yorkshire day on Sunday so get out and celebrate.
if not on Sunday do it on Saturday.
I'll be on a pilgrimage to York with a party of others (around 15)
Got a few real ale boozers picked out.
Bring it on

Re: Yorkshire Day
Only true day is 1st August.
Been helping organise Yorkshire Day in Thornaby for past 2 years .Got it off ground for our Town Council and this year they organised it for would you believe 7th August (so they dont have to pay double time for the Town Clerk).
Well Boro are at home so will be going to the match after a flying visit to the Tall ships race at Hartlepool so they miss out. Our residents group are doing our bit on Sunday reading The traditional Declaration of Yorkshire Integrity.
Anyone in York will see this read at all of the Bar gates to the town.

One day we'll be free from British tyranny and the White Rose will fly high above York minister

try your best to get a hand pulled pint before it moves, never tastes right outside of Yorkshire. Never mind when they fuck it off and brew it Northampton...Tetleys...Northampton? doubt they even drink bitter down there
Carlsberg- gone for a small profit over 100s of years of tradition and heritage. Josh Tetley would be disgusted
