The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

lol!

Seeing the consultant Friday, had a chat with the physio today who "accidently " went through everything, and "accidently" photocopied the report Smile
Basically physio can't do anymore at this point and it looks like surgery is the only real option

Just out of intrest ive seen you moan about your back a fair few times on here, and ive been meaning to ask you how did it come about and what line of work have you been in during your life,
i work in a lead foundry and lift around 6 tons a day most days and i'm always suffering ackes and pains in arms legs and shoulders, when i get out of bed in a morning i have to spend 10-15 minutes in the kitchen doing a warm up a few twists turns that sort of thing and when i get home i throw darts for half hour before mi bath as a warm down,. i know i'm going to pay for it in years to come but it's my job and i need work for the bills and football, ive been there 7 years now and i'm used to feeling stiff all the time and putting up with a bit pain and the odd twinge i know ive to pack in soon so i don't end up in the same state as you but i have a feeling it'll not happen any time soon because the works not out there

Don't you have regular medicals nightmare where you can raise these issues, we do at our place and at least you are able to put things down in writing which can help you in later years if you ever need to make a claim , they can never turn round and say they did not know..

I now work as a service engineer job involves bending, lifting, twisiting driving (about 40,000 miles a year) all the things good for your back Smile Spent a lot of years as a HGV driver prior to this in a fairly specialised industry which involved quite alot of ...............erm........ bending lifting carrying and driveing
Btw I totaly agree with Yorkie don't give them the opportunity to deny anything Embarassed
