Seeing the consultant Friday, had a chat with the physio today who "accidently " went through everything, and "accidently" photocopied the report
Basically physio can't do anymore at this point and it looks like surgery is the only real option

Just out of intrest ive seen you moan about your back a fair few times on here, and ive been meaning to ask you how did it come about and what line of work have you been in during your life,
i work in a lead foundry and lift around 6 tons a day most days and i'm always suffering ackes and pains in arms legs and shoulders, when i get out of bed in a morning i have to spend 10-15 minutes in the kitchen doing a warm up a few twists turns that sort of thing and when i get home i throw darts for half hour before mi bath as a warm down,. i know i'm going to pay for it in years to come but it's my job and i need work for the bills and football, ive been there 7 years now and i'm used to feeling stiff all the time and putting up with a bit pain and the odd twinge i know ive to pack in soon so i don't end up in the same state as you but i have a feeling it'll not happen any time soon because the works not out there

Don't you have regular medicals nightmare where you can raise these issues, we do at our place and at least you are able to put things down in writing which can help you in later years if you ever need to make a claim , they can never turn round and say they did not know..

I now work as a service engineer job involves bending, lifting, twisiting driving (about 40,000 miles a year) all the things good for your back Spent a lot of years as a HGV driver prior to this in a fairly specialised industry which involved quite alot of ...............erm........ bending lifting carrying and driveing
Btw I totaly agree with Yorkie don't give them the opportunity to deny anything

You can have my back if you like, it's not as bad as yours but it would be an improvement.
