Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

NOTES

Clubs must name squads containing at least eight homegrown players and no more than 25 players in total.
A homegrown player is defined as one who, irrespective of his nationality or age, has been registered with any club affiliated to the Football Association or the Welsh Football Association for a period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons or 36 months prior to his 21st birthday (or the end of the season during which he turns 21).
In keeping with UEFA guidelines, an Under-21 player is defined as one who is under the age of 21 on January 1 in the year in which the season commences. For the 2010-11 campaign, Under-21 players will have been born on or after January 1, 1989.
Any players under 21 can be added to the squad, regardless of nationality.
- Rules apply only to Premier League matches, not European, FA Cup or League Cup action.

If you're not a top 5 side or dont have loads of money then whats the point of being in the Premier League, most overrated league about imo.
