Wouldn't bother me, we're very unlikely to win the damned thing anyway so yeah it would give a bit of publicity and who knows? I'd love Man Utd to drop like a stone both in league and cup - hate's a strong word but... really don't like them

Just hope they get the pricing right for this one, i'm in cup direct so expect the tickets to be sent out pretty quick ....just hope they don't charge the normal match prices,especially so soon after christmas...hardly gonna be a crowd puller..

Is it because they have always done their best to 'bring through' English players for the national team perhaps ? Maybe it's because they have always had the ethos of playing exciting football, or perhaps even the fact that they have a huge following that recognises the quality of their play over the last 50 years ?
Perhaps it's because it's the vogue to hate them due to their manager, players, success or even their armchair supporters (all big clubs have them incidentally).
Btw I'm only playing devil's advocate here, I just don't understand the rationale, what am I missing here ? Question

But if I said I hate Liverpool or Arsenal you probably wouldn't question it. I don't like the majority of fans I've come across for starters Laughing

And I think a lot of the time they're very over rated (eg the Manchester derby and the Rangers match to name 2 I've watched in the last few weeks)

I'm not keen on any of the 'big 4' too, like you I can't put my finger on the reason why either!
I think it could be that they have more than their fair share of monies from Sky or perhaps that all 4 can't resist running roughshod over the rest of us and they can buy who they want and when they want.
