Trouble at the footy!
Hi Folks
Just writing to say, I noticed there was a fair amount of trouble today at the game. I left Valley Parade, and as I passed the away fans coaches, I saw a good 10-15 bury fans attempting to get off the coach, while a few city fans were on the outside clearly ready for a tear up, and trying to hoax bury fans off there bus. The doors were open and things were clearly boiling over. 2 police officers walked towards the trouble, and attempted to break it up, I left the scene of the attempted scrap and went home.
When I got home I read on the City message board, there had been full on fights outside the Bradford arms pub, and outside a mcdonalds car park, which is in the grounds of a shopping outlet, in both instances a few people were quite seriousley hurt, with blood everywhere - I couldn't believe it.
Alot of other posters on the forum, suggested it may just have been chavs and other teens having a fight, but from what I saw quite a few were older generation football supporters.
I doubt this would be a regular incident because of the shear numbers of OB and cameras, about these days but you never know.
When was the last major trouble you saw at a game? who against and how bad was it?

Thanks.
I hate gob-shites like the one you mentioned on the train. They remind me of school kids, giving it the biggy when theres gaurds or some security (presumably they would be on a train service) but when they meet any one of the people they mouthed off to in public, they get all appologetic and friendly...
