Doncaster eye up loan keeper.

Doncaster eye Brown move

Skysports.com understands Doncaster may turn to Blackburn's Jason Brown to solve their goalkeeping crisis.

Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll has admitted the club are hoping to sign a goalkeeper to help cover the injured Neil Sullivan.

20-year-old Gary Woods has been deputising in the absence of Sullivan, but O'Driscoll is thought to want to bring in someone more experienced and has targeted a move for Wales international Brown.

Brown is well down the pecking order at Ewood Park and enjoyed loan spells at Leeds and Leyton Orient earlier this season.

Former Gillingham keeper Brown is back to fitness after having an operation on his teeth and is keen on a move away in search of regular first-team football.

Doncaster could step up their interest in Brown after Tuesday's Championship clash with Derby as O'Driscoll looks to bolster his options.
