Sick of arseholes moaning about ticket prices

They had no intentions of going to the games anyway if they had they'd buy a season ticket and get in for £14 a game, Ive spent £785 so far this season and i'm not moaning and i bet most of these tuppences moaning are in better paid jobs then me

I think your right Nightmare, not saying everyone is flush but there are people who if they really wanted could go to more games, i think ticket prices are just another excuse that they can use..they don't want to go why not just admit it and stop blaming everything else...

Wait wile we play Leeds and Ipswich away, the Barnsley board will have 3'000 posts moaning about the price, and there is no way in this world we would take 3'000 fans if it was £20 a ticket, but they'll all make out they would have gone if it was only a score

Whatever you did took a loan or whatever or made cutbacks,you still set your prioritys right....

People choose not to get a season ticket,they could cut back on stuff...

I have got no problem with people who have a mortgage and all the other bills that go with that, kids to feed and clothe etc etc...but its the people who constantly moan about ticket prices and use it as an excuse for not going to games, these people still wouldn't go if it was £10 a game, but jesus when its free they are like flys round a cowpat , we proved that last season when JR did that offer and how many have been since , they are a disgrace..

Got to agree with most of what you've all said. A ST is hard for most to find money for but if you're prepared to forsake other luxuries then it's possible but for some to moan when it's a £10 etc. is nonsense.
Quite simply some can't be arsed , I know when I've been unable to go ; I have offered my ST to some of the same moaners for a £10 and they've declined.
If some have had difficult times i.e loss of job, short hours etc . I can understand their frustration but not their moaning..........you just deal with it according to circumstances.

At the end of the day I can't afford designer clothes, furnishings etc, we don't go on holidays, we spend the money on ST and as many away games as possible. But I don't moan at fashion designers, holiday companies etc because I can't afford, its my choice

Someone at work was talking with me about going to football then said 'wouldn't you rather spend the money on something else?'

Errr I'm an adult with free will, if I wanted to do something else I;d do it. I'm not liking our results atm but I'm loving the days out

That's because you treat matchdays as a proper experience, early breakfast (away games) or perhaps dinner out at home games . results are a problem but it's a lifestyle choice as you said................a chance for some socialising not turning up at 2:30 , leaving at 5:00 and moaning from the first to last minute about summat and nowt. Good on you , rain or shine, win or lose an experience to savour because of your mindset and passion . Smile
