I've been thinking about our board for quite some time now i have have come to the conclusion that a 3 man board is just not big enough and if we're honest with ourselves the currant are absolutely shit when it comes to ideas and pr to get fans back down to Oakwell. To be fair they have not got a clue or so it seems that way.
Now a lot of people don't agree with me on this point but i think we should try and get John Dennis back in some kind of management role. Fair enough under Dennis we ended up in admin but thats because he let his heart rule his head.
The thing with Dennis is he knew how to talk to the fans. He has lots of contatcs and a i think he would really help the board out with Pr.
If not Dennis we definately need some new blood with new ideas on the board. If not we will contiue down the road of fans v club and never finding owt out.
Summut needs to be done!

A bigger board and some decnet PR. It's not much to ask. I'm not saying get rid of Rowing and that but i think they need a bit of outside help. They have done well but they just can't interact with the fans. We just need someone in that department.
Fresh ideas are needed.
