This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Hmmm, not good!! I do expect a really bad start though, mainly due to the squad lacking in depth and players arriving late. We are through to the 2nd round though Smile

Did you blow your top when accrington Stanley or notts county actually knocked us out??
We're through job done

Our record in the league cup is terrible over last few years, I'm not surprised at some people's reactions god help us when we actually lose a game.
I bet the same people were saying how insignificant this game was 3 years ago v accy Stanley.. Look how our season unfolded that year after that awful performance, also last year we battered tranmere, and look how we ended up.

It's an insignificant fixture and one we should be happy with just winning.

It wasn't good thats for sure. We did ok in parts and should of scored more than 1. We put more effort in some of the friendlys than we did in some parts of yesterday.

Yes hoola, it's a fact we got beat by accrington Stanley and notts county in recent years and went on to have very good seasons. Why are you shocked? Have you forgotten those games? Imagine if we lost at home to a side 2 leagues below us now all hell would break loose.

Its true what you say Dicko. Deano will never be good enough for some people no matter what he does. He can't win. He had big boots to fill after sod. The same will happen at Man u when Fegie leaves. Who ever gets the job will after do bloody good.
