This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

First local derby of the season against Leeds at Elland Road.

Will we keep up our excellent record against this lost? Something tells me that this might finally be the year that they beat us but here's hoping for another 3 points and another rendition of Dingle Bells, oh what fun it is to see Barnsley win away ringing around Elland Road.


On another note the cost of travel and match ticket for tomorrow's match - £36 ticket + £10 coach = £46

Charlton away in a few weeks - £5 ticket, £25 coach = £30

Apparently we've sold 700+ for Charlton with 2 weeks until the game with just under 1,000 for Leeds tomorrow. Mr Bates, take note!!

£46 and a defeat by all accounts undeserved. It's not often that I have some sympathy for you Dingles but I heard you got ripped off today and will soon be vieing for bottom spot with the Wendies. Seems you didn't get much time to moan about it now that Radio Deedar has become Radio Wendy ; I look forward to what your lads have to say about the game given the chance. Cool

We where better side again, and got nothing to show for it again, becoming a regular occurrence, but strikers that put chances away at this level cost upwards of 10k a week, and we just don't have that sort of money, we've got to get used to playing teams off the park and having nothing to show for it because its happen all season. the pen was never a pen but we should have been 3-0 up by then its our own fault we just don't have that class up front to match the rest of the team.
