The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

Donny without Paul Keegan and David Syers mean midfield will be weak tonight but away form is great. MK Dons player Alan Smith is suspended but form is bad & not won game for long time I think.

It another difficuit game but I think Donny will win game 1 - 0 with Rob Jones goal.

Yep a mess and shows that we should have invested in some loan players. This will prove to be a massive OG in my opinion. Sad
At least I got the score right but the wrong team winning it.

It says a lot for A) our squad and B) L1 as a whole, when we struggle massively when 2 injury prone players are missing. Yet we are still top!

We've won 2 of our last 8 games... 1 against a relegation dead cert (Hartlepool) and another against a relegation threatened team (Shrewsbury). That is nowhere near good enough, and would NOT have happened at this stage, under Dean Saunders!

We know that this is a poor league and we know this squad is nowhere near good enough for where we want to be...

...We just need to ride this out, hope we get promotion (we still will imo, such is the (lack of) quality of this league), then completely rebuild ourselves from top to bottom. New manager, near enough whole new squad and investment that will give us atleast 20% chance of staying in a very difficult championship league!

Bournemouth are very beatable at the minute though, and if i was Flynn i'd be ruthless in my team selection against them... Maybe that will sort the likes of Woods (no competition) and Harper ("i aint bothered guv") out!
