Weird feeling...
How odd is this feeling on a Monday morning?
To be honest, I think I'd feel less miserable if we'd lost 4-1 over the weekend, but this feeling is one I've not experienced in football before.
I didn't go to Plymouth, as much as I wanted to, and obviously I'm relieved I didn't, but those people who did deserve to get every penny back that they spent. Clearly it's not as simple as that, but we'll have to wait and see what the FA/Barnsley decide to do next. I hope something is sorted out.
I saw the highlights and I saw the state of the pitch and it didn't look bad enough to call the game off, although by all accounts the rain continued and at some point, the game was looking likely to be stopped. Unfortunately, Plymouth will claim that in the last half an hour, they had sufficient time to score 3 goals and the FA can't deny that either. It's awful, but I can't see the FA doing anything other than replaying the game from 0-0. Sadly, I don't think Plymouth will be keen on giving us our lead back either.
The Doyle suspension stinks. I've tried to think rationally about the whole situation, but I can't understand this one. How can someone be suspended for something that never happened? How can certain parts of the game still count when other parts don't? I wouldn't mind some answers from the FA on that one, because it defies belief!
Overall, things feel a bit odd today. But some good has come from it, 'cos I've decided that the only way to bounce back from this setback is to get myself to Blackpool on Saturday and give the lads the support they deserve. My dad won't come with me, 'cos it's my mums birthday, and she's not happy that I'm missing the celebrations to go to Blackpool on my own for a few hours, but sod it, desperate times and all that
We'll have them at the replay anyway

Re: Weird feeling...
I feel as bad as i did when i was sat onthe coach back at 5.15pm saturday. Why cant the game carry on from 58 minutes? We should be 4 - 1 up and the game should start from where it left off...how is that not fair?
To top it off i didnt go with the official coach so my travel will not be refunded
