Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

Alas no Pete, the only player i know who played for us was Lewis Guy, so that probably accounts for it, of all the games we had to lose it had to be that one, can't wait for work tonight, can just hear em now, Chesterfield reserves beat Doncaster Rovers Chesterfield v Rovers Kopfschuettel Chesterfield v Rovers Icon_santa

For us yes it was but to the Chessies it was there FA Cup final...you can understand why... Chesterfield v Rovers Icon_biggrin

Well its a process of elimination but i can confirm that Lewis Guy, Mustafa Dumbuya and Sean Mcdaid all played, i had a mate who was there watching it, he's a spireite so there the only ones he could remember.. Chesterfield v Rovers Icon_scratch

Saw Dumbaya in one of the pre season games must admit I quite liked the lad.
Go's like the proverbial shite of a shovel, was causeing all sorts of problems till the big twat on the other side deliberatly flattened the poor bugger, slowed him down a bit that did.
