Boro Vs Bristol Cty
Well on paper this is a home banker but all too many times my hopes have been built up and dashed.
Hopefully we can get 2 wins on a trot, which would be a record for wee Gordy this season.
Arca went off injured against Donny so hopefully he'll be missing from the line up and Robbo will be in.
We may also see Taylor on the bench after featuring in a midweek reserve match.
Hopefully Franksie will get the nod over Lita.
Team I would have injuries permitting.
................Coyne........................
...McMahon..Wheater..Riggott..Hoyte.
Franks...O'Neil...Robson.....Flood.....Johno.
......................Killen.........................
Bench.McManus/Steele/Walker/Taylor/Lita/Grounds/Arca.
Hopeful result...4-0 fingers crossed.

God what a weak team that is , was that anyway similar to the team of Reserves/Academy players you put out against our sadly weakened team in terms of both injuries to KEY players and the suspension of others for being naughty in town.
See you've got all 11 fine players fit for this weekend then and the 'supposed' academy lads to fall back on.
I think you may find this game a fair bit tougher than you think.......we will see.

The last team was missing :- Stock, Shiels, Shackell, Oster, Woods, Lockwood and Hayter but I knew you would 'pop-up' sometime. Nothing to read into the last game fella, I'm sure you will agree?

Re: Boro Vs Bristol Cty
After this weekend Boro should be getting players back from Injury,Riggs and Mad Dog should be fit for Ipswich, glass ankles is out again though.
Re: Boro Vs Bristol Cty
No matter who returns from the sick list they would'nt have changed the result with Bristol that was 2 points lost simply because of bad finishing and of course Justin Hoyte.thornabyred wrote:After this weekend Boro should be getting players back from Injury,Riggs and Mad Dog should be fit for Ipswich, glass ankles is out again though.
Both down to the managers selection of the first team.
Franks should have been on from the off and a left sided wingback would have done a far better job than Hoyte.
Its a pity we can't get rid of the excess baggage to some other silly idiot.
Riggs for me just does'nt cut it never has since we bought him and his sick note pal Christie from Derby. The pair go together like a set of book ends.
Poggy has been good in his day but really we should have excepted the bid from that foreign team earlier in the month he is aging and also becoming a regular on the treatment table.
Aliadier like you say glass ankles "nicely put".
Emnes, very very light wieght.Deserves to be sent back to Holland where I think he may shine again.Definetly not a British league player.
Lita, sum it up in one word "arrrrggggghhhhhhhh".
Jones,the same has Lita.
Hoyte, time to move on. Needs to be playing in Div 1.
Too early to judge Killen yet but on what I have seen so far he is'nt far off Lita, hopefully he will improve.
URGENT MESSAGE TO STRACHAN
FFS get 2 more strikers in before the deadline.
