Billy is evaluating his options wisely and has still not ruled out a move here yet,we are the only team to even enquire about him,utd are playing a wait and see game and are planning on rejecting all bids from now until the end of next month in hope of starting a bidding war.
They are hoping to claim back as much money as possible and my source tells me blackwell has told him he can leave if the offer is right.
