Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

according to someone i know he's been in talks with Wednesday last week as soon as united showed there hand and said there intressted wednesday made the first move

Madaric will have cash something the Blades don't have but would he get rid of Irving when they are doing so well, doesen't really make any sense...but then again its football and when has doing anything sensibly mattered... Rolling Eyes

I know someone with links to sheff utd and he said utd wont be getting sod as Wednesday have offered him twice as much as they can

Interesting because one Blades fan is suggesting they will double his wage from £4000 a week to £8000 (apparently thats what they were paying Speed affraid )

So if Wednesday are offering £16,000 a week...?

If true its unbelieveable...they have just had 30 million of debt wiped out and immediatly start spending again..it should not be allowed to happen

The truly sad thing is that it will probably happen to Sheffield Utd very soon - get all their debt wiped out then start spending.

Mind you Blades v Owls for SOD imagine if the unthinkable happened and he stayed with us?
