The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

I used to have sport and movies but rarely watched any movies so I rang them the other week told them to poke the movies and put espn on.
I then got a hang on ...if you keep movies on I can reduce your bill by a tenner a month for the next 6 months, so it actually works out cheaper than before Shocked

(and I've marked the calender in June to remind me to tell them to stuff the movies again)

When I first looked at upgrading to HD I got nothing in fact I was told that the Hd boxes and installation would never be free, I told them not to bother......guess what they were giving the boxes and installation away free within a couple of months!!!!!!
So I had it put in (no other offers at that point though)
anyway I've got a game to go and watch!!!!!!

Every year without fail i ring in to cancel my sky account either in UK or in Ireland, so i have effectivly have a change every second year, i have never failed to get a big reduction in cost for a period of at least 3 months. As i am now about to return to UK i recently rang to cancel Irish account, guess what, i have free viewing, all channels for next 3 months. so i take Irish viewing card home and cancel UK account.
