The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

A Good D few Days Empty A Good D few Days

Good few days for the D's, Donny and Dingles to win, bad days for the S's. Sheff Wed Sheff Utd and Scunny to lose. That could mean a jump of 5 places into 13th for Rovers! It just shows how tight this division is, we are only 3 wins from the top 10 places, just one run and you can be up there, or down as the Blades are currently finding out!

Blackpool 2 Scunthorpe 0
Plymouth 1 Rovers 2
Sheff Wed 1 QPR 2
Dingles 1 Blades 0 (Mon)

The S.Yorks. Championship all of a sudden is at the wrong end of the table, could be a bit of a shock for those "big" clubs amongst us. Shocked Very Happy

And it could very well end up something like that Will, its certainly going to be an interesting weekend, and if the Blades drop down after other teams have played there is going to be some pressure on there players to get a result and as i said before i can really see Barnsley hammering them and would like to see them win, but for one night only A Good D few Days Icon_biggrin

I see a very 'tight' draw in this game and it probably won't be that pretty to watch either with the current playing style of the Blunts. Have a feeling there will be a biy nay a lot of trouble on and off the pitch. Sad
