This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

If its what Billy wanted then fare play to him ...for me he was our only hope of staying up this season..i'd like to know what happened to the 3 million price tag that was bandied around...we just couldn't wait to get rid and for me it sends the message that the club expects us to get relegated and that they couldn't run the risk of losing him for nothing...

On official site now..it says they met the release clause so i assume that is 3 million as we were told the other week..

Dee Daa saying the release clause was in the region of 1.8 million...i think someone from the club needs to get on the radio tonight and put them right..

To be fair they have maintained that all along - just as JR maintained it was £3M - now the interesting point is will be get the truth. I think not!

Sadly it reflects the state of our club, Div.1 beckons and we have sold possibly one of the best players we have ever had on the cheap............well done DRFC.

Remember though Hoola...although the club want him gone he has still to agree terms..he may decide that Leicester is not the club for him..

Any lower than 3 mil and I would be pissed off.... And this is coming from a Barnsley fan!

From what I've seen of him he's Premier league class... Now If only we had a clause like you had for Sharp on Adam Hammill! Evil or Very Mad £500,000 for him to go to Wolves took the absolute piss out of us!
