Re: Bugger
Might have been better to move it during the week when it's quieter. When I went on yesterday there seemed to be alot of people venting their frustration!

Normal day then for this season to be fair we all need to unite again because there has been a clear divide in fans scoring points of each other

Re: Bugger
The move was meant to happen during the small hours of Sunday morning, but its proved to be a bigger task than we anticipated. Unfortunately for Rob W even he had to get to his bed at some point. The forum is there to read just not on-line. All will be resolved this morning.
As for doing it during the week instead of a weekend don't forget we are all volunteers too and the weekend gives us more free time than during the week to tackle big jobs like this.

It will be, we've spent months working on the new look, feel and content of the whole site. We've been able to test it for some time, but you can't do a dummy run on the migration of the site, you only get to do this for real.

Re: Bugger
Sorry SM, didn't think of it like that and my knowledge of how long these thing take to organise are, well, a big fat zero
PKT, I think there will be a divide until the experiment finishes. We need all the support we can get, not a great big divde like this

Thats right i'm afraid...i suppose there is a divide in any football club..but what has happened at Rovers this season has split the fanbase right down the middle...it won't change until the manager has been replaced and or Mckay no longer has any involvement in the club...its easy to see why on paper they went with this scheme but it has been a spectacular failure.and theres an old saying that everyone can make a mistake but to repeat one is unforgivable...lets see what happens at this seasons conclusion and what direction the club decide to take..the current one for me isn't even an option..some big big decisions to be taken me thinks...

As many are on this forum, with few exceptions most predicted a failure in this strategy. Seems some over there are having to back down on their assertions that it was the only/best way forward, whereas it has succeeded only in taking us backwards.
We will be back with a vengeance though...............................
