Re: Wolves Job
Everyone in football think it would be a good appointment, not arguing about the ""shit league"" again.
But the job he's done here is nothing short of remarkable built a team from scratch with very little money, the best away record in the country and the clubs best almost ever.
Remarkable job

Re: Wolves Job
I want him to stay, he's been unbelievable this year for us, the signings, the way he's got the players working.
But I do think he's destined for bigger and better things yes, if he went to wolves and did for them what he's done here he'd be a hero, but here still people aren't sure about him.
Baffling

More than a few performances haven't been anywhere near the standard we usually expect and last season's experiment still doesn't sit well with many.
I don't deny that he has achieved alot in a short time and for that he must be applauded but is he ready for such a big job yet?.........I don't think so .
Incidentally what did you mean by ''here'' in your post as there are many on all fora and off the fora who aren't sure about him or his methodology despite the results. ?

Re: Wolves Job
Here as in this club hoola,
This week of all weeks should show that performances don't matter, we were shit yesterday but won, on Tuesday we were terrific but didn't win.
I felt much happier last night than I did on Tuesday, its all about results

Gotcha I must admit the Boxing Day result hurt alot but it was great to nick those 3 points yesterday. However we could do without all this possibly derailing us ...........the timing couldn't be worse. January window opens and potentially we haven't got anyone to run the rule over players.

Believe me that didn't hurt anything except my pocket. Great day out though.

Or well at least people will realise Sean will never be Wolves manager now and he can get on with his work without people saying he's only here till wolves job comes up

Re: Wolves Job
He also had a job to finish at Wrexham, but never did.
Maybe he has a phobia for promotions?

I don't think our promotion hopes ever rested with the manager - it could be used as an excuse though now
Or we could have to give a new man more funds and look like we're going all out for it

Re: Wolves Job
Hope so Bri this time though we can not appoint a lower league manager IMO our position in the league will draw bigger names I reckon or well known names but I am sure JR already knows who he wants to appoint.
