The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

Even bigger, for me. What was funniest for me was during his carry on, he suddenly remembers the backlash after he done something similar against Liverpool, and starts pretending that he's warming up! Utterly spineless, and a truly appropriate character for such an odious club.

Twat amongst twats, as was Beattie in that particular game. Mark Hughes has not exactly showered himself in glory either with the pathetic stamping of his feet.
Back to the question, Neville has always beeb an odious little runt as for his club being odious................discussion point, why? and when?

I loathe Man Utd, hoola. Their nauseatingly fake supporters, their hypocrisy, their seemingly god-given right to trophies and every refereeing decision, and their continued quest for global domination. I've had the misfortune of being at Old Trafford, and it was like being at Wrestlemania, just little kids taking photos constantly and people 'tweeting' on their I-phones. In short, everything that I hate about the modern game is not only found, but celebrated, at Old Trafford.

I agree, that same feeling can be found at numerous clubs around the country. There are however many many proper dedicated supporters of this club. They haven't always won everything nor will they in the future. I have had the good fortune to have visited the stadium in the 1960's where they not only had probably the most vociferous and inventive fans in the country but a serious lack of success (yes the L'pool Kop was far quieter than a full Stretford End!). It must be galling for those older fans who either find themselves disenfranchised from the club they love but detest the situation as much as you!!
Incidentally my family come from the 'Blue' side of Manchester and they are all ready starting to feel the same way about the future. As for me I just love my club with a passion and that is enough .......Win, Lose or Draw.
RTID.
Suggest you look through the stats, wherein you will find that match attendance did not necessarily match success on the pitch.

Would love to see United drop into the championship and lose all their good players.

Then lets see if the 76,000 turn up..... Smile
