THE RECESSION hit council have shelled out over £30,000 a month to employ just three agency traffic wardens, the POST can reveal.
Despite the fact that town hall bosses must save £36million over the next four years and have cut off overtime for their staff - they have paid for agency workers' expenses and time and a half pay for weekends.
Last week we were handed a dossier of evidence by former Unite union rep, Ken Edhouse, who says he is sick of the 'unfair system'.
Detailed in the documents was a receipt for 'on street parking agency costs by month' which contained shocking figures - like payments of £15,134 to an S Hardy for just one month's work.

What that's fookin ridiculous, they must be raking in ridiculous fines to go to such lengths. That wage is astronomical.
