Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

If you don't know what am on about, that advert with the fat bloke who int from Yorkshire but tries his best to put on the worst Yorkshire accent possible

Funnily enough I use Plusnet for my phones and internet and some of the support they give via their forums is really good (they are owned by BT now unfortunately ) .................but that advert

They've been about since 1997 based in Sheffield they now offer phone phone line broadband service has dropped a bit since BT bought them but you can't have everything I suppose

There's been a discussion on the forums about this, I think it came out that it had been done deliberately as the advertising guru's thought it more in keeping.

Actually as an aside I get quite irritated at the sign outside a school on the way into Scunny ...... st laurence academy.... its a name ffs where's the ruddy capitals and if they can't use correct grammar for the signs how the chuff do they teach the kids proper like Smile
