Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

I have spent 10 hours of my life that I'll never get back trying to buy Take That tickets today (laugh if you want lol! Now am totally drained - apparently there was twice the demand that there was Michael Jackson tickets!

Mate finally got us 2 at 6.30pm I'd been online, give or take a strop or two since 8.30am - every ticket site went down

I've bought tickets for Bon Jovi, U2, Springsteen and Robbie before, never had that, ever

By the way ste got 2 for him and Sarah he phoned about 11:00 and got straight through. Plus aswell just seen 3 tickets go for £1 million thats if the bidders was real which i doubt not

He was lucky, I tried phone a couple of times as well, just got disconnected - ah well City of Manchester stadium here I come

Wanted Bon Jovi tickets as well, too expensive and London and Manchester are standing only.

Some are even going up for a Min price of £10k for 1 all on ebay surely people are not daft enough to pay that

Well I'm not, thats why I spent 10 hours getting them for face value lol!

I remember when I bought Springsteen tickets I got talking to a tout at Sheffield arena and he offered me £500 a ticket (and I'd bought 6) cash so obviously some people will pay silly money - unfortunately I'd bought them for a workmate No

Plus they'll put more dates on, they usually do. Might not let you buy on seatwave, was giving me tickets on seetickets (hate the Nottinghamshire buggers with a passion) ticketline and ticketmaster and crashing before you could buy No

They put a load of extra dates on today but I can see more going on, I got mine last tour because they were released late

I used Sheffield arena well motorpoint arena now because i got rippped off by get me in last time lee evans was on tour i paid £150 for a £30 face value ticket but this time i have only paid £33 per ticket and im on the floor seating 16th row

Yeah Get me in charge extortionate prices - Ive always either used arena sites, Ticketmaster or when desperate Seetickets or ticketline

As for me I'm just jealous after missing out on the front of the house tickets for the first date of their 'come back' tour through illness.
I had the tickets but not the fookin legs to go. Sad
