Yesterday

Well it was quite a eventful day!! I think we improved on the Burnley(2nd half) and Coventry performances. Paul Hayes was very quiet, i'll let that pass as it was his first match back but he better improve quick or he'll have the fans on his back!! Andy Gray? Well i can't even speak about him!! Butterfield needs to start in front of Colace. I think O'Brien had one of his better games but speaking to people after the match i'm in the minority!! Still think we should have won it, how did we not score in the last 10 mins??? Jeronimo should have come on earlier, how can anyone make an impact 2 mins into injury time!!!

All in all lets hope this is a platform to build on!! Need to replace Gray though!
Off the field, Bloke knocked out just behind us on the concourse steps and Hull fans running all over town causing bother. Plenty of young Barnsley fans mouthing an legging it which leaves other tarn fans stood facing a baying mob!! The German that was with me already thought English fans were hooligans now he's seen it first hand!
Also on that note, how come when the away fans are causing bother an calling it on the police on there horses always wade into the Barnsley fans?? I'm either in the wrong place at the wrong time or they just spot me an send a mounted copper after just incase lol!!!

Had to agree with what you said on the other forum mate about the young uns giving it big un then either legging it or hiding in the safety of the coaches!! They made there mouth yesterday an left 4 of us stood with the Hull fans.... and i just don't do running anymore!! To many operations have seen to that!! lol

but you don't want 15 to 20 kids in there mid to late teens pissed off and baying for blood each egging the other on as your making your way from the ground and all the coppers are babysitting the little pussys buses at the back of the away end and your on your own with just home fans around ya

Usual scenario and it happens at most clubs and it pisses me off too.
