Yesterday

Well it was quite a day yesterday. Last away match of the season = Fancy dress day!! 23 of us on a little bus all the way to Brizzle!! Set off at 7 which is when the beer started to flow, stopped at the services to pick 2 more up and caused quite a commotion which was extremly funny lol!! Did'nt have to stop after that cos we had a piss bucket at the front of the bus!
Went to Portished (Not recommended) which is a shit little place but there was a lot of us so we made the most of it.
Arrived at the ground to be picked out for shit treatment for the rest of the afternoon by both police and stewards. Even though we had 2 kids with us (11 and 6) we were treated worse than football hooligans. When we'd all been sent for coffee we finally got in the ground where we were treated just as bad. One got pulled by stewards who stood spitting on him as he spoke and the steward actually said i think it's raining to him, the reply he got was 'it's not raining mate tha spitting all ova me' ridiculous stewarding and policing down there.

Onto the match we were good in the first half, not so good second. I think that result was always on the cards anyway. Watching the football league show i think we were hard done by, by the officials but whats new. Rubbish 2012 for us so far looking forward to next season now already and thank god pompey got 10 deducted or we'd be down.

Nice drive home, bag of haribo's and some potted dog sarnies then into town!!

Sounds like the barstewards went out of their way to spoil your day........they didn't reckon with the fortitude of Yorkshire folk.
All in all sounds like a day i would have enjoyed as I love potted dog washed down with ale.
