Played 7 miniutes and came off with my knee playing up,the peas solved the dead leg but i felt my knee go when i was warming up and i had to come off.
Credit to the men working on the pitch though, they kept it in fantastic shape considering.

Anyway back to the drawing board, when i was 8 i had a operation on this knee and with it showing the symptons of returning, booked in for hospital on thursday anyway for the check up !

is still hurting now mate? best thing to probably try and do is slowly get back into it, like at training just ask to pull out of anything too strenuous

streching your knee daily will help to strenghten it

hope ya ger it sorted mate

Yeah i did 3 years of physio for it and for the last 3 and a half year or so its been fine and i thought i had solved it then CRUNCH it goes again. Mad

Very sore, spoke to my doctor over the phone who has ruled me out of school for a week and its bandaged up. After the operation when i was young i did not play for 1 year and a half so i hope it isnt my same knee problem but like the doctor said its highly likely...
Know more on thursday Shocked
