Re: Richard Wood
Good news, he's at the club he wanted to be at all along, and we'll be getting some cash for a striker.

Re: Richard Wood
Good move for all concerned imo.
Wood has been with you for a very long time and i can understand why he wanted a move,He has been a very good player for Wednesday and i think he deserves a good pat on the back.
Good signing for Coventry as-well imo as they need a bit of help at the back.

Agree with all your post except the part in bold.
The circumstances surrounding his move mean he will never be thanked or respected. He could have gone in the summer, and that would have been accepted, but he stayed saying he will negotiate a new contract. He didn't change his unrealistic demands, so has now left for a smaller fee.

Re: Richard Wood
Agreed, respect is lost I'm afraid. A part of me is sad to see him go, he's the last man standing from that wonderful day in Cardiff four years ago. But the circumstances of his departure have left very little doubt that his time at this club was very much up.
